1. Where can I earn eufyCredits?

eufyCredits are only available at eufy.com. To earn eufyCredits, you must be logged into your eufy account at the time of purchase (and be enrolled in the eufyCredits Rewards program) or participate in other activities that qualify you to receive eufyCredits.

2. When will I receive my eufyCredits?

Your eufyCredits will be credited to your account 30 days after the payment of your order is successful.

3. What should I do if I believe my eufyCredits were not properly credited to my account?

1. How can I redeem my eufyCredits for products?

To redeem your eufyCredits, log in to your account and go to the "Redeem eufyCredits Rewards" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem Now," then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.

2. How can I track my redeemed products?

a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click on the order number to go to "My Account" page and track the delivery status of your parcel.
b. You will receive an order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed product ships out, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

3. Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?

4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?

2. I have multiple eufy accounts. Can they be merged into one eufy Plus Member account?

Unfortunately, multiple eufy accounts cannot be merged into a single Plus Member account, as accounts are not interchangeable. Your Plus Membership is linked solely to the account used at the time of payment.

3. Can my plus member status expire?

Yes, eufy Plus Membership operates on an auto-renewal subscription model. Before your membership expires, we will notify you via email with the expiration date and automatically renew your membership for the next term unless you cancel.

4. How do I manage my membership? How do I terminate or suspend the service?

You can pause or resume your membership in the Membership Management section of your account. If you decide to terminate your membership, your eufy Plus Membership and its benefits will end immediately upon approval of your termination request.

5. I do not want the Plus membership. Where can I get a refund?

Once purchased, the Plus Membership becomes effective immediately, and we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your membership for the next billing cycle through your user center.
